    Good price for the duo package. This purchase had a defective cartridge. Tried to return at store was instructed to call HP. Customer service was hard to find on HP site. Had to call Best Buy for HP customer service #. Once contacted HP and verified printer error message regarding faulty cartridge, they were accommodating and promptly replaced the cartridge. Good follow up to this matter.

    This is the ink needed for my printer. My printer is old but ink hard to find so when I do run into it I purchase it. Best Buy a little more than Meijer or Walmart, but those stores don’t seem to carry this number ink very often. My printer is old and I’m sure one of these days I won’t be able to purchase.
