    I bought the Book with great expectations because of the reviews I had read. When I turned it on for the very first time it asked for a name and password. It seems that when they tested it the person forgot to put it back to the set up page. I had to take it back to the store and they figured out how to get it back to where it needed to be. The directions that came with were useless. I would have returned it if we couldn't have fixed it. For $2100, this computer was no better than any of the others I've had because Windows 10 has it's problems. For example, it took 4 tries to get a firmware update downloaded and installed. Because of the small screen, some programs I put on the computer where to small to read and therefore useless. Overall with all the problems I have encountered with this computer, I would rate it average to a little below average. If you buy one....I wish you good luck.

    This printer ink is priced quite reasonably and if you use your best buy points, you can get your ink for almost nothing. It is great to have all your technology needs in one place with good prices. I am a real Best Buy fan.

    I have used these to replace my empty cartridges and they work well. I've tried generic cartridges and they don't seem to last as long as these HP cartridges. For me using the HP cartridges makes better sense and I don't have to replace them as often as I did with the generic.
