    The curb side pick up worked great! There were 4 or 5 other vehicles in front of me when I pulled in but didn't take long at all. Very efficient.

    Since this is an original HP cartridge, it works well. My only complaint about HP ink jets in general is that the ink doesn't last very long even when you don't print much.

    The color ink did not work. I tried multiple times to get it exchanged but was never successful. I called and gave a number to call back but that call never came. I tried to exchange it at the Kokomo store but was told I needed to bring the black ink too. (It worked and I had already used some of it). On one call I was transferred to a tech person who wanted to charge m $48. I have always been a loyal Best Buy customer but am not at all happy about this.

    Just needed a cartridge. HP is overpriced and their ink cartridges go bad way to early. This is my last HP printer.
