    When my printer breaks down I will upgrade because I don't understand how both of my inks expire at the same time. I cannot replace the black ink without a new color ink, this is the first printer that has ever done that to me.

    it's exact for the printer HP envy 4502 but it's durability really not good, for 40 dollars (color and black set) now you will get 200 pages printing... mmmmh. amount of ink is the issue

    When I purchased this item on 1-28-24 I found out that the color cartridge was defective. I kept getting the message that this cartridge is not compatible with my printer. I called your customer service dept. and they said I could not get a refund or exchange because I had opened the box. On 2-1-24 I took the printer ink cartridges to your Glendale store and the sales clerk agreed to exchange it for another HP61 combo ink box. Luckily the replacement color ink cartridge worked OK in my printer.

    I actually helped myself in getting the ink cartridges. I did not need any assistance, but I have to admit that a salesperson asked me if I needed any help. I said no thank you, cause it was very easy to locate. Thank you

    has a fair "lifespan" but not great, about the same as other brands I've used. Typical of most printers they could give you the printer for free and still make lots of money from all of the ink you have to buy for it.

    Making a decision to purchase a cheaper printer placed me into the multi-color cartridge. I should have opted for the next model that had separate color ink supplies that would last longer and ultimately be less expensive.

    It's printer cartridges. from my experiences the last 30 years it is about what I expect out of printer cartridges. They cost too much and run out too soon. Usually need replacing when I am in the middle of something.

    Seem to replace cartridges too often. Ink yield does not seem to print as many pages as usage estimates. I print about 5-10 pages montly and have replaced the cartridges three times in the last six months.
