    The product is average. If we use the printer after a week or two the cartridge dried up and we need to buy new one. Which makes it very expensive

    Unfortunately the ink doesn't last long and hp requires a test print which uses a lot of ink every time I put a new ink cartridge in my printer.

    when ever I start copping my stuff I have down loaded the ink runs out to quick and because I live 38 miles from best buy I have to what until I can get down the hill to get more ink cartridges then come back up the hill to start coping the rest of stuff . By that time I have to start all over copping the same stuff from the beginning wasting pepper and ink tine and money. but the people in your store are wonderful and helpful thank you for lessening .
