    I purchased a new package of color toner and I used it in only 10 sheets printed out after that nothing worked the toner was defective I tried returning it however the salesperson in customer service refused a refund and offer very little support for my purchase. I don't think that I will ever purchase from there again if this is a type of customer service I received after being a customer for almost 20+ years there. I've purchased 4 to 5 computers from there and often purchase my toner from there along with other computer software, flash drives, mouses and other items as needed, including televisions. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

    I purchased a Combo Pack of # 61 Ink for my HP Envy 5530 printer which was getting low. I was able to find the ink immediately at the store and the checkout was fast and thorough. All in all … a good purchase.
