    purchased the wrong ink. needed hp#62. Didn't notice until later. Tried to return but I wasn't within the allowed time for best buy returns. Ended up throwing it away because I couldn't exchange it for the correct ink.

    yeah its hp ink but and all that good stuff but unless you print constantly, and ask for associates help at best buy... talk about amazing customer service. your better off closing your eyes and hoping to pick the right ink

    After the drive thru beat but then home one of the cartridge was bad. So we had to drive back for a new one. Frustrating with the waste of this me for a brand new product.

    The black ink cartridge only printed about 60 pages. I expected it to last a lot longer - as they typically print a couple of hundred pages. I was even using the low-ink setting on my printer.

    The fact that my printer does a daily cleaning eats up what little ink is in these cartridges. In one case the printer was unused for a few weeks and a new cartridge showed "empty" while both of the other ones showed "low ink"

    I don't do very much printing, but this cartridge only lasted about a week. Something must be wrong with the amount of ink put in cartridge. Probably will not buy it again.

    I’m not sure if it’s the printer or the ink but I find myself having to replace the cartridges very often and I don’t really print much. It’s also very expensive! It adds up.

    HP Ink is Overpriced and runs out of ink too soon. But off label brands are even worse.

    Sadly it was out of date and completely dry. It was the only one of the type I needed on the shelf. Wish I had looked more closely at the date!

    Probably not the problem of the cartridges, so much as the printer; but these run out much, much faster than my old printer (which used 264 cartridges). Not very pleased with either (new printer is HP Envy 4500)
