    I ordered the combo pack of HP ink cartriges online. (#61), I drove an hour round trip to pick up this order got home and the black cartridge was faulty.I then had to drive another hour to return this product and get a second combo pack witch was fine.I feel there should be some kind of retribution for 2 hours of my time and gas money
