I brought this and only used it to print 5 pieces of paper and the cartridge was empty. I've never seen anything like it. I thru away the box so I have no way to get a refund.

Not a good cartridge

I usually get my ink cartridges at best buy and I am very disappointed .

According to the Best Buy site's Return & Exchange Policy information:
"If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to a Best Buy store and we'll arrange for a replacement. I am sorry to hear that you had poor page yield from the cartridge. It is natural for the print quality to get bad as a cartridge goes empty, but that is disappointing that you could only print a few dozen pages!
When there is something wrong with the cartridge, you are always free to contact the seller. You can find them through Your account > Your Orders.

They SUCK!!! Print maybe 50 pages a month & have to buy new cartridges approx. every 8 - 10 weeks
