I was sad to see Best Buy has raised their prices on ink especially when they beat most competitors prices but I was extremely upset to hear from the sales associate that the 15% discount on ink is no longer available to rewards members. Now, I will have to shop around again for the best prices.

I have used the same ink cartridge only because that is the only one that works with the printer that I own. HP offers me no other option. I think I get screwed as to the amount of ink in this cartridge.

Ink quality good, frequent replacement of black ink.

I have been using this type of ink for quite some time. I work from home and have never had any issues with cartridges and no inefficient printing. I am satisfied overall and will continue to use this product.

Does not fade when printing great document quality

Love that this ink can be used in a variety of printers and I no longer have to call home to double check which ink cartridge my printer uses. More affordable too. Only issue is that it doesn't seem to last as long. I don't believe I'm printing more but the estimated ink levels don't stay high for very long.

Ink can get expensive but glad I received an email about best buy members. Now I don't have to worry abt buying the HP instead of taking my chances with a refill company. Thx u best buy for the preferred discount.

Nothing to criticize here. Best replacement cartridge for our HP Printer. Recommend always using the true replacement cartridge for your printer and not a generic economy version. You're just asking for problems when you do.

Unfortunately my printer doesn't accept the xl cartridge. The cartridge I bought seemed to run out very quick even though it was set for eco-friendly printing. I don't have a choice but to purchase these cartridges if I want to use my printer.

This ink is what is required for both my printer and my husbands printer. I print lots of documents. I sometimes print photos. I just wish the ink lasted longer before I had to buy another cartridge. That would be a printer issue though. I do not get as many copies as was estimated by the manufacturer.

I always have extra original HP ink on hand all the time, so I will never run out of it. I've been using this ink for years and the printing quality never disappoint me.
