Best buy and the geek squad is a great combination. I BUT ALL MY OFFICE PRODUCTS AND COMPUTER SUPPLIES AND WHENEVER MY COMPUTER NEEDS A TUNE UP I bring IT TO THE GEEK SQAD FOR REPAIRS.

The sales person came to the car, took the information brought the ink back then took the paying info! All with a smile! The ink was perfect!

This ink is very hard to come by from HP. I have bought other brands but they dont last as long.

I always seem to run out at the worst time....like trying to print my boarding pass! Love that I can order this online and just drive over to the store and pick it up quickly

Bought an HP ink cartridge for my printer. This is my second HP printer, and I always use their recommended cartridge. I have never used anything except the HP cartridge, so cannot make a comparison.

Does not last very long. But it is easy to set up and calibrate

The original had a scratch on the connection and no contact was being made, so the printer was not printing black even though there was plenty of ink in the cartridge

I wanted a double cartriage to finish a big project. The one I got still has ink left. I love how helpful staff are in this Best Buy that is on my way home from work.

Not the longest lasting but does the job. Had the xl last time

I'm pretty particular about my HP ink cartridges. This one definitely has the best #. In a world of arbitrary tags associated with Various inkjet cartridges this one is definitely the best.

Can always find what I need . Locations are convenient. Quality products and no hassle return is there is an issue. I can always look around, check out new products, sales and deals.

I bought an ink cartridge from a local family owned ink store(?). Trying to help a local business. Non genuine HP ink cartridge would not allow my printer software to gauge how much ink was left. It shut that feature off because I didn't buy HP. So now I do, reluctantly.

What can you say about ink, no matter what it costs more than I think it should but you can’t use the printer without it. So yes if you need it then you have to buy it.

I bought this as a replacement for my original HP printer. This product is a great product and I was happy with the price. The price in store was cheaper than what I could find online.

This ink is not widely available. Best Buy was able to fulfill my order at a good price including delivery.
