    The first cartridge I got was dried out and not acceptable but I got an even exchange and the replacement cartridge seems to be working.

    If you have an hp printer which says to use this model of ink cartridge, then you should get it... It's a competitive price and would be the correct one to use. However, I am switching to a laser printer because I am tired of getting hardly any sheets printed before I have to replace the cartridge. I am guessing it's from ink drying up since I so rarely print. At least with a laser printer inactivity won't matter.
