    Only neg. comment is price. But, not BBY's fault. The mfr, HP, controls the price, so it's the same high price everywhere. I chose BBY for all my ink purchases, though, b/c of their great rewards program that usually includes annual promotional certificates added to my acct over the holidays. Keep up the good work BBY!
