    I asked the sales associates why I am having to replace my cartridge ink so frequently when I haven't used it more than 4-5 times. They said the cartridges will dry out from none use. Good to know.

    I purchased this item and have been using the same item forever. But I got this one home and my printer kept saying incompatible cartridge. Took it back to the store and at first they weren't going to do anything. Finally they did an exchange for same item, And it worked just fine. So HP looks to have some defected ink cartridges out, but other than that you get what you pay for.
