    I was surprised that a name brand ink cartridge like HP didn't work properly at first. I loaded the new cartridge after just having used the last of the prior one and it didn't work. I wasted about 10 sheets of paper before finally taking the ink out and shaking it. It finally works but not before spraying ink all over my walls because there are actually two holes not one to occlude when shaking.
