    I always get my ink cartridges from Best Buy - after I purchased a few from one of the refill suppliers, which eventually ruined my printer. Best Buy always has the right cartridge in stock and I like to shop around in the store to see what's new.

    I purchased this item and have been using the same item forever. But I got this one home and my printer kept saying incompatible cartridge. Took it back to the store and at first they weren't going to do anything. Finally they did an exchange for same item, And it worked just fine. So HP looks to have some defected ink cartridges out, but other than that you get what you pay for.
