    HP lost me as a loyal customer. Printer display says its not a compatible cartridge for my all in one HP 4500 series, even though it says original HP on pkg. got no help from manufacturer. Got a new Cannon printer. I will never buy another HP product ever again

    I buy the HP ink cartridges for my HP all-in one, but sometimes after I have installed the cartridge the all-in-one tells me "the cartridge you have installed is not an original HP product and it may not function correctly" this has happened more than once. If I remove it and reinstall it once or twice it usually accepts it.
