    My printer failed due to a 61xl cartridge, Best Buy replaced with 61 which was what was in stock, however I had to pay Geek squad $50.00 for service call to find a defective cartridge Expensive cartilage

    I normally purchase printer ink from wherever the price is right, which is usually BB, however this particular cartridge of ink is not working in my printer & due to me buying the cartridge months ago & just now installing it I can't return it. I won't be buying ink from BB anymore. There's some write ups on the web about cartridges with certain dates not working on older printers even if it's the correct number on cartridge like my # is HP-61 the old used cartridge has a date of 2016 & this new cartridge has 2018, the problem is you have to open the package to see this number

    The product does not last that long, you can only print so many copies and it is depleted, also if there are color in your prints or copies you have to purchase the color toner separately, they do not come together as in item,
