I'm terribly sorry that the cartridge didn't last long. I can understand if you are disappointed with this product!
Provided the cartridge is not damaged or defective, the ink usage will determine how long it will last. High-density printouts (such as photos) will require more ink, especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the environment is dry.
If you feel that the poor page yield was due to a defective cartridge, you can:
- request a replacement or refund from the seller
