    I print very very few pages. The ink runs out fairly quickly, nonetheless. I'm not sure how full these cartridges are, but they sure do not last as long as expected.

    ink worked fine; however, my system kept telling me that the ink was substandard. I do not rember the exact wording. but everytime I print it wants me to align...again!!!!

    This is not the right ink if you are a student. Buy a printer with powder ink. Ink will dry if your not using it for a few weeks like during vacation.

    I have to replace these way too often and I hardly print much. I do not like the alignment they make you do that keeps rejecting and wants me to do it over and over. Uses up a lot of the ink and doesn't work for me. Next time I will upgrade to a different printer company. But I do like the HP computers, they have been very good for us in the past.

      Hi Judy,

      I'm sorry that you didn't get as much use for the cartridge as you'd have liked. I have some tips that might help you with that and with the alignment failures.

      Normally, ink usage determines how long a cartridge lasts. High-density prints (such as images and graphs) will use more ink, especially if the paper is very absorbent and the air is dry.

      The seller is responsible for the product you bought from them. When you receive a cartridge that is low to begin with, or doesn't work long because of a defect, you can contact them about that.
