    Lower settings for lighter printing took 3-4 times of printing nothing before ink kicked in as it normally would.

    I never had any issues with the previous ink cartridges and they always last long but for some reason the ink is already low and I have used it about 4 times with less than 12 pages printed. I think it's the cartridge I got the issue and not all of them since the previous ones purchased had no issues with.

      I am sorry that the cartridge was didn't last long. It seems like you should have been able to print more.

      Whenever a cartridge was low on ink to start out with, or if low page yield was caused by a defective cartridge, you can contact the seller about that.

      According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."

    Can't help but notice that recently the HP cartridges are running out of ink much faster than before. I think they are putting less ink in each cartridge; they feel much lighter when new and I get way fewer basic pages printed. I even print every page in draft quality. I feel they want you to buy the more expensive cartridge. Does anyone else notice this about their HP cartridges?
