    The cartridge is easy to refill and is a trusted brand name, Hewlett Packard. It was especially nice to use my $10 reward certificates. It brought the total down to $6.35!!! Every little bit of savings is important and very valuable to me as a consumer.

    Only brand I have ever bought and usually do not have a problem; however I did once. I called HP and got someone overseas who was NOT helpful and VERY rude. Hung up and called back a few days later, got someone else who immediately sent a replacement.

    Have never had any issues with these cartridges - have tried “refills” —was not worth the hassle and problems they caused to save a few bucks. These are high quality and we will continue to buy them.

    In the past I've tried off-brand substitutes and refills - they never give you the capacity and consistent quality of HP ink. HP stands behind their product. If you print regularly consider the XL - it's more ink in the same cartridge size, so less waste.

    Went into the store and picked up some ink, the purchase was easy and fast.I didnt know that if your a best buy memeber that you get a discount on ink making it cheaper thank other placea. When i used the ink its really good a good job.

    I can see the difference using oem vs refilled generic cartridges. Nice heavy black ink printing and stays put, even on glossy paper. Free shipping doesn't hurt either!
