    Installed easy. I felt it ran out of ink quick though. Maybe 30 color printed pages. (No pictures) and it was out again.

    I bought the wrong color but all in all what a rip off from the makers on these. If you have never broke open one of these do it and you would think the whole entire sponge would've been soaked. It was not nor had it ever been just a little spot no bigger than a Tb test.

    I am not happy with these ink cartages #61. I usually can get 3+ weeks out of each cartage. These cartages are gone in 5 days and yesterday I installed two new 61 cartages and now in one day is showing printer is low on ink, in only 1 day. These appear to be half empty with ink. Or this is a bad batch. I need a refund or will return.

    I bought a couple of these 61 ink in black, one worked in my printer and one didn't. I kept getting an error message. Best Buy did let me exchange the item but said I could only exchange it once and that if I got that error message again on my printer that it was a printer problem. Not happy :(

    Did not work in a hp printer very expensive and did not work printer said change the ink head and would not reset. I do not recommend this ink jet head probably main in china. Would not recommend

    This cartridge was bad out of the package. I just opened it yesterday and any my printer gives the error ink cartridge problem. I've never had this problem before with HP 61 color cartridge. Total waist of money.

      You can return it or exchange it either to the store or by mail.

      According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."
