    I am using this ink to print letters for complaints about how my mother was treated in 5 facilities after numerous, preventable medical neglect and elder abuse for 14 weeks. Seven doctors are under investigation, along with 5 facilities, by at least 2 of 5 organizations I've heard back from, and 2 malpractice insurance carriers. It's such a relief that I don't need to run to the store for more ink. I can remain focused on what I need to continue with.

    So far product works great... making ice regularly, water infuser/pitcher is nice and features are easy to operate. Door shelves lack the flexibility to be adjusted to accommodate frequently used products. Geek Squad installers were professional, but the side by sides doors are a quarter inch off level. The necessary leveling sprocket per the manual was missing, as well as other pertinent equipment. Geek Squad returned to remedy the issue but could not w/o missing material. They indicated it would be mailed to my attention... Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

    This cartridge works like it's intended too. It is always better to use your printer's brand cartridges instead of generic or refilled cartridges. This was easy to install and worked great.

    This HP ink is readily available . Priced compedative with all the other inks. This 61XL CH563WN140 prints very nice with a very strong black color. This last longer than ink in my past printer
