    I’ve used this items for years, but this item printed the initial test page and successfully scan but the next time I went to use it, the printer required replacement cartridge failed. Want low ink or bad printing rather a hard fail.

    I love Best Buy. I am an Elite card holder and virtually shop there weekly for everything. I love it! However, I'll say this, never buy ink there. Twice I've bought a defective HP 61XL Cartridge and when it happens, you're just out of luck. You may think when reading this it was the printer, but no, it wasn't. Because I bought another cartridge, the same one, and it was fine. I DO understand the policy honestly, because someone can just switch it out for an old one, but it's a situation that sucks when you get into it. I've never left a bad review in my life but this is frustrating. Even the employee walked about the door by me as I was leaving telling me he'd suggest not shopping there for ink because other stores have a better policy on returns.
