    I CALLED my local Best Buy to order an XL black cartridge to have on hand if the current one ran out. The salesperson told me they would send the XL for my ENVY 5014 printer. I received an HP 61XL which I put away until needed. When I opened it and put it in the printer, it would not work and gave me an error code. I looked up the proper cartridge online and was informed it was an HP65XL. I needed to print an airline boarding pass and was unable to do so. I had to travel 15 miles to a 'Staples' to get the correct product. I will continue to use Staples because they know what cartridge will give me the correct product for my printing needs.

    Cartridge is not working properly. Have to pull it out and put it back in every time I try to print to get it to work. This is ridiculous! Bought another cartridge at another store and my printer works fine.
