      Hello,

      The high-yield cartridges are supposed to give you more pages. I'm sorry that wasn't the case. Here are a few ideas to remedy the situation. Don't store the cartridges in the packaging for months at a time. Validate that the cartridges are filled upon receipt. I also suggest cleaning the cartridges with a damp cloth at least once a week. Focus on the printhead to get the best results.

    I have been using this particular ink for long time now. This product highly lack consistency. Sometimes it works for long and many a times it doesnt, this particular one worked for 2 months with printing avg. 10 pages/week.

    Each cartridge I have purchased recently does not seem to have the same amount of ink they used to. I use for personal use and does not give me as much print as it used to.. Have to choice, need to use as long as my printer is working.

    Far too expensive for the small amount of ink that you get. And it runs out too fast. I will not buy another HP printer because the ink is just too expensive and doesn't last.

    Ink does not last very long. I went with the XL catridge this time because I was told it would allow me to print more pages. Does not print very dark compared to a prior printer.. Not very happy with this product.

    The HP61XL package states that this ink cartridge will operate in my HP Officejet 4632. After over a week of trying to get the ink cartridge to operate by trying all the instructions from HP Inc. customer service suggestions, Best Buy was gracious enough to refund my money. Best Buy made the day! I would recommend to others that Best Buy cares about their customers when HP Support leaves much to be desired!

      Hello,

      I am sorry that the cartridge you purchased from Best Buy didn’t work. I can imagine how disappointing that must have been.

      The HP 61 cartridges are the correct ones for your printer, so you must have gotten a defective one.

      Ultimately the seller is responsible for the quality of what you bought from them, so it is appropriate to contact the seller about any cartridge that is not working.

    Seems like I have to replace these “XL” cartridges very often. Which are not cheap at all. Just don’t seem to be really worth the high cost to have XL.
