    The ink is the xl size for my printer put it on my printer wouldnt work talked to two people at best buy who told me i could return it (even with being opened)go to return the guy said i couldnt because it was opened the worst part was that he was the rude supervisor ive dealt with

    I purchased a Tivo Bolt. I told the salesman I am a Directv customer. He contacted Best Buy chat and they said Tivo is compatible. When I got home I could not get it to work. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad who said, no problem, and showed me how to connect. Still would not work. I contacted Directv and they said, Tivo Bolt is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DIRECTV.

    I think we got ripped off or something, these are saying they are empty after a week and a half. We have printed about 20 sheets of paper for our boys homework. I think we should sue HP, did they get in trouble for this year’s ago!

    HP printer was working did not use it for a couple of days went to print something and error message stated not compatible cartridge . Its a HP 61 like the others and then put in a new one still does not work. Last HP printer I will buy. Problems with the last one.
