    Excellent customer service. When walking into the store a customer service representative came right up to me showed me all the tapes for my printer actually took me back there walked me through them couldn't remember which one it was actually looked it up for me and gave me the best deal possible instead of buying one I bought the combo pack which was definitely a better deal I appreciate everything and saving money was the best part

    Definitely recommend spending a little extra to get the XL ink rather than the regular ink. You won't run out as fast or need to change ink cartridges nearly as often. Not a fan of the high cost of printer ink.
