These were delivered by Fed-Ex to a friend who lives in an Apt. Building. The Fed-X driver never delivered to the apartment - He just dumped the package on the outside front steps. W were surprised it wasn't stolen. Shame on Fed-Ex

Yes my daughters printer didn't work and I felt it was out of ink or the ink cartridge was plugged and couldn't print. These new ink fixed problem.

HP Ink Color
