HP Ink 62 Pak

When I replaced the original cartridges and put these in ... I got a message saying that they were not authentic HP cartridges. So now my printing is not perfect and I am stuck with using these cartridges until the ink is out. May I bring them back for an exchange and/or refund?

not worth $10

Great quality printer for the price
