    Does what it's supposed to. Opted for the smaller pack since I don't print too much and have actually had ink dry up in me when I bought the XL. Instant ink wasn't worth it for me and didn't like that they cancel the use of my printer with the remaining ink in the only cartridge they supplied while I paid for a year of service. Used to buy HP products religiously now not sure if I will.

    This product is a very good bye I used to go all over the place to get my copies made and pay a lot of money for each individual page now I am happy I have a Hewlett-Packard copier that I bought and ain't that I purchase also from Best Buy best purchase I've ever made

    Very happy HP has a multi pack of black and colored ink cartridges. I usually need to buy more black ink, since I try to print everything in black. Would be great to have a multi pack of black ink cartridges available as well.

    The black ink cartridge is the one I use the most when printing because color is not always needed especially when printing forms. So I'm more frequently replacing the black ink cartridge than the others. These HP cartridges are by no means inexpensive but they do last. The XL ones last the longest but are more expensive.

    employee very helpful and quickly got the correct printer ink for me and used my best buy credit card so that I did not have to get out of the car. but I do miss not beable to go inside the store to look around.
