    I was given the wrong cartridges for my printer and didn't realize until opened the new packages and could not load them. Best Buy returned and exchanged the cartridges. I appreciated that they understood and made the exchange easy.

    The only problem I seem to have is thses cartridges seem to dry out quicker. I don't print items often, but i still seem to need to change them.
