    As stated, it's ink. What can go wrong. Pull the tab and click into the printer ink caridge receiver. This was purchased as a spare unit for a client that bought a new printer that had starter cartridges included.

    I am handicapped. I sat in a chair at the Best Buy on two notch/sparkleberry in columbia sc and a clerk went to get the item that I wanted and helped me with the checkout.

    I really like HP Brand Printers as the print cartridges have the printheads on them and not on the print,. that way when you change the cartridge you change the print head.

    Going from an Epson printer to the Hp ENVY 5660 was a great idea. Ink prices are so much better. For a Tri color plus Black combo pack I am realizing approx. $20 savings
