The Best Buy associate explained this to me, and showed me where the problem was. Unfortunately, I had to buy 2 new cartridges to replace the other new cartridges. The tape removal of the cartridges is a poor design.

I am sorry that this happened to you. It ruined the two cartridges.
It can be confusing that there is an orange tape (with HP logos on it) that needs to be removed. However the copper circuitry that is attached underneath must not be removed.
We try to make that clear, with an image showing how to remove the tape. Only the tape, which has a pull-tab on it, should be removed!

Told them the printer model and they mailed me the (62) ink… I received it and it didn’t fit… returned it to Best Buy and they refused to let me exchange it for the correct ink (64)… said nothing could be done since I opened it. They sent ME the wrong ink. My businesses are done with Best Buy!
