    When I purchased the Envy printer, it was because it could copy and print photographs. When I got the printer home and started using it on material other than photographs, I only got 16 pages of color copy. I returned to the store and was told I probably had a "complimentary" ink cartridge in the printer. I had to buy this full ink because my "automatic" ink supply wasn't set up yet. I got home and - yep - I only got 16 color prints before my ink was out! Even though my printer was set up to receive the automatic ink supply - that hasn't arrived and it's been 2 weeks since I was out of ink. NOT HAPPY WITH PRINTER OR INK...Where did they get the 80 to 100 copies??? 16 copies is hardly enough to get a day's worth of homework done!

    I am not happy with this ink. The black cartridge works fine, but the color cartridge isn’t working. I cleaned the heads of the printer, I think the cartridge is faulty. A waste of money! Maybe they don’t sell enough and these were old, who knows. Check the dates on the box ( if any) to make sure ink is fresh.

    Bought new HP printer and have to use the ink they recommend. I find that these cartridges get used up faster then the ones we used for old printer.. Don't feel like I am getting my money's worth of ink. Wish there were more options.

    I have been buying this product for a while now. And only because I don't know of anything else that would work and be less costly. It just does not last but a couple of months and I really do not use my copier very much.
