    Not really a product review...I was assisted by Geek Squad. Apollo and Stephen (I think it was Stephen...that's whose card I got) helped me restore Outlook. Both are wonderful - people like them are why I love the Geek service!

    For printers that are not used often, these cartridges are not reliable - they quit printing, making the cost/page about $1.

    Good ink, it is made specifically for HP printers. The bad thing is that it is pretty high cost and does not last that long (depending on how much and how often you print). I wish HP would lower the cost of their ink, then it would get 5 stars. I would recommend to a friend if they could not find a lower cost alternative that would still work well with HP printers.

    Works well and reliable but over-priced and programmed to "waste" ink and block generic refills which is frustrating. Like to use Original but could be MUCH cheaper. Next printer is tank variety and MUCH more cost effective!
