    The output status is great. But you are recommended to use it within a short time. If you let it sleep in the printer for a long time, it dries up contrary to expectations.

    Ink for my HP printer arrives on time because the printer bought at Best Buy communicates with the order service. One order went missing but with a simple 45 minute series of phone calls, Best Buy made good on the missing order. Thanks customer service rep Tammy!

    Original HP ink cartridges are 100% reliable in HP printers. I have tried all the cheaper cartridges and found they do not last nearly as long, and in some cases fail after the first printing attempt. A little more expensive, but worth it.
