    Love the curbside pickup option. Ink is ink, but Best Buy service is the best! I only own HP printers and only use their ink.

    I ordered two cartridges on line and went in for store pickup. The order was ready and I quickly retrieved the cartridges and moved on. I have used this service before and it works quite well.

    Have a new printer and it uses this ink. Always use HP ink. Was told by someone at Best Buy that I did not need to use XL ink unless I printed a lot of things. I don't so I didn't get XL just got regular 62 ink.

    The amount of ink in the cartridge is a rip off. I do very little printing but the cartridge lasts only a couple of months.

    When I bought my HP laptop and printer I didn't really use them together as much as I thought I would. But the more I get familiar with my laptop they are being more and more useful. I have had friends come to make copies for themselves. So my electronics are shared with others as well.

    It prints fine. Easy to install. My only complaint is I don't print often, and the first one had to be replaced before it was empty. The HP rep was at the store when I bought this and told me if I don't print often, a test page should be printed out once in a while.
