    HP7643 printer would not recognize cartridge. I kept getting error message. This was the second cartridge purchased in about the last three months that did the printer would not recognize and I was unable to use. According to the Best Buy website, once the cartridge was opened, it could not be returned. Cost to not be able to use these two cartridges was about 65-70 dollars

    It's so annoying when you run out of printer ink just as you are creating a birthday card for your grandma. I love getting ink from Best Buy because I can turn in my old cartridges and get at least a little bit of credit for it on future ink purchases.....
