    Like most printers, they get you on the cost of the cartridges which seem to have a short shelf life.

    Ive been getting these cartridges for several months, and they are usually perfect, however, this last one would not work in the printer and it says it is a bad cartridge. Im not even sure how to return it since it is the online easy replenish through Best Buy. A service I love, but am bummed this time the cartridge was bad. 1st time that's happened so far though, I hope it's the last!

      According to the Best Buy site's Return & Exchange Policy information:
      "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to a Best Buy store and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees."
