      Hello,

      I am sorry that you got a cartridge that doesn't work as well for your situation. We have some options for you though.

      First of all, there is an XL version of the HP 62 ink cartridges that might be a better value for you. Also, Instant Ink might be worth trying. The subscription plans are based on how many pages you print. That can be a great value, especially if you print a lot of photos or other high-density print jobs.     Always good ink. Just wish the HP printers wouldn't use so much of ink that you have to replace a cartridge every couple months after 10 pages of regular type printing. Even the XL doesn't last that long.

    This went with my HP printer I purchased. I actually haven't needed to change it yet but will soon. We have printed several documents and pictures since August and still on the same cartridge in January. Easy chmage and I thought it has lasted a decent amount of time.

    Easy to install, works perfectly but is much too expensive (HPs fault not Best Buy} I usually have the cartridge refilled at Costco but every once in a while the cartridge itself needs to be replaced.
