    I'm purchased this exact same brand exact same model each time and the black always dries out and quits working within the first four or five jobs yet the tri-color cartridge will last forever and it's not about how many pages you print it just drives up and stops working and that's been the last four or five that I've all purchased from Best buy

    I purchased a refillable cartridge for my Name Brand printer and it didn't work! I thought my printer was broken. Returned to Best Buy to purchase the Brand Name ink and the printer started right up. The sales personnel were helpful in selecting the correct cartridge.

    It didn't last long, for such price one expect that it could print at least 100 pages, but it print 25-30 pages only

    HP print cartridge is fine. I won't be buying another HP printer though. It burns through ink cartridges to fast. I could have bought three new printers for what I've spent on new ink cartridges.

      Hello there Kris,

      I relate to your concern over quickly replacing ink cartridges. Your satisfaction is really important to us. If you want to extend the life of the cartridge, here are some ideas:

      If your printer sat a long time without being used while it was turned on, there is a possibility the printer needs a tune-up.
      The tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper get clogged easily.
      Shutting the printer down between uses can result in some savings.
      Adjusting the print quality settings down a notch can save ink.
