    This cartridge very easy to remove and nice and east to reinstall. Doesn't last as long as other printers I have had in the past, but otherwise it is fine.

      Hello Carol,

      If you barely use the ink, there are many solutions to this problem. I apologize you had this experience. To start, power off the printer except when in use. If you can, clean the cartridge's printhead with a damp cloth once a week. By doing so, you reduce the chance of the cartridge drying out. I hope you have a more positive HP experience next time.
