Certain colors run out faster and just don't get as many pictures as promised. Have to buy this ink cartridge because of the printer I bought.

Cartridge did not last well at all. Previous cartridges (57 ) lasted much better with old printer

This is the problem with many printers. When one color runs out you have to replace them all because all colors are in one cartridge.

Unfortunately paying for this ink always irks me. Try to use printer as little as possible

I left a 5 star review for this printer HP - Envy 7640 Wireless All-in-One but if I could edit that review I would downgrade it. It works fine but either HP is extremely cheap with how it fills the ink cartridges or the printer eats ink up. Very disappointed with the amount of ink I'm using for such a small number of prints. I wouldn't recommend this & would research a product that gives you your monies worth.

It works fine with no problems like we have had with no name replacements we tried in the past.

The ink seems to run out quick on average I’m only getting 20-27 prints which doesn’t seem to be worth it.

Bought two original Color ink HP 62 cartridges and both came defective, only printed green but not other color, sent them back more than 3 weeks ago and to date have received only one refunded, I don't know why Best Buy hasn't refunded me the other still? if both were delivered on the same day (09/12/20) and I am being very patient for this refund to be processed. On the other side these inks are supposed to be original but why is that they came defective? is that HP is reusing those or what? had to buy another at another retailer and was in a rush and paid even more for that cartridge and all because these defective products from BestBuy!! I would call them WorstBuy instead! pretty disappointing! I expect my other purchase to be refunded ASAP or I will dispute this charge? being waiting more than 3 weeks for that to happen and still nothing only one refunded out of 2!!

It gets the job done. Quality is what you would expect from ink cartridges.

Nothing wrong with the ink, but you can’t find it in the stores.

As I've stated previously, does not seem to print the number of pages suggested, even when color printing is very light.

I utilize HP ink for my printer all the time, although in comparison to other brands, it is far too expensive.

Average ink. Runs out pretty quickly if printing anything with color.

Comparing with my Lexmark, HP ink cartridges lasted a much shorter time. Very disappointed in the this aspect

HP is great brand, ink is pricy though. Wished it was more comparable to other brands.

This cartridge only printed about 50 color pages before it completely ran out definitely not satisfied
