I've bought this product a few times and its longevity is inconsistent. Sometimes you get more than the original, sometime you don't

I wish stores would charge more for the printer and less for the ink. With ink being so expensive, I wish it would last a lot longer!

This ink is gone before you know it. Other HP printers are better with their ink usage or else their is a problem with these cartridges.

I only purchase XL, but, even if not used, it seems to disappear within a month. For the price, I wish XL's would last longer.

The ink dries out a lot faster than it should. But there is no choice right now.

I recently purchased HP printer cartridges at Best Buy and despite the product being great, had a horrible purchasing experience. Best Buy has a good breadth of cartridge options. But I was hassled by an overzealous salesperson who told me it was his job to talk to me when looking at other products, despite telling him three times politely that I didn't need help. I recommend buying cartridges online.

prints more pages than regular hp64 therefore need to replace less 0

It is difficult to figure out how to create files for multiple recordings for retrieval. Instructions are not very complete.

Good product, just cost too much for the amount you get. Not enough ink in the product for the price.

We thought we had a bad printer because of a bad cartridge. We could not print, scan, or copy anything. We had to remove the device and re-download the software to no avail. We purchase brand vs alternative ink historically. We may reconsider after this experience. It was a complete was of money and cost us a lot of time, energy and frustration, not to mention the volume package of ink.

Good product, just wish it lasted longer. Printer seems to eat through it fast

I had purchased the same ink from another location and it was I think dried up! Frustrating!

The product is great but the pricing by HP on their ink is out of control and absurd.

It is expensive. It was better when you could bundle the ink together and get a reduced price.

Ink is more expensive than a barrel of oil. We all use it and need it, but it is really expensive.

I love the dark black that it puts in photos but even the xl doesn't last long at all. 15 4x6 photos max.

It's gray tank however it is very expensive. I guess that's the price we pay for ink these days.

I always buy the manufacturer refills. I’ve tried the aftermarket kind and they just don’t last as long. You get what you pay for. When my printer is saying “low ink” I can still print 30 or 40 pages.

Too expensive must be an alternative other then refills maybe a different printer manufacturer
