    I've always had HP printers. Over the years the quality has gone down as I am always having issues. The biggest problem with the new printer is these ink cartridges. Now mind you we are buying the XL which are bigger then the standard. Problem is theres just not enough ink in the cartridge. The old HP printer we owned had about three times as much ink per cartridge and yet cost the same price. Even though this is a complaint theres not much you can do about it if you own the printer that uses these. The slot is to small for anything bigger then a XL. I'd say if you prefer more ink ask Best Buy for a HP printer that has MUCH larger cartridges. If not prepare to spend $35 every 2-3 weeks. And thats just for black ink.

    I always buy the XL ink cartridges. They last longer so I am not always replacing them. Just seems more convenient to me. They cost more initially but I think it's worth it in the long run.

    I have an HP Printer and I only use HP 'ink' because other cartridges that have been refilled by a third party vendor tend to 'gum up' the printer and cause problems. Genuine HP cartridges only

    Always liked and wanted HP products especially Printers and Laptops. The ink is more durable and don't need to worry about running out as I always have an extra 2 inks on hand for future use.
