I thought I would get a lot more copies with the XL cartridge,but that doesn’t seem to be the case .A couple of extra copies doesn’t justify the extra cost:/

We purchased the canon SX720HS at Best Buy. We also purchased the Battery and the chip for pictures. The saleman pick out the battery and when we got home found out it was the wrong battery. We went back and found out they don't stock the right battery for the camera. They said that we would have to purchase the battery online which would be 60 dollars plus tax online ,not good at all. We puchased the same battery online thru Walmart for Twenty dollars on line and no shipping cost. Not a good deal buying the camera from Best Buy Sorry but that is the way it is.

I have never run out of ink as often. When I bought the printer, I had no idea. I have always liked HP printers the best, but they should have come up with better cartridges.

I like having my own ink as I print a lot hp best.

Even though HP printers are excellent and moderately priced, in order to keep them printing you must buy their highly overpriced ink cartridges.

The products is fine, but was disappointed to learn at the register that reward members no longer get APA discount on print cartridges. It’s the only reason I went to Best Buy.

Decades ago, you bought an HP LaserJet 1, 2, 3 or 4 - and bought a moderately expensive toner cartridge once or twice a year. Nowadays, you pay $40 or more for each of the XL black and/or color cartridges, and they last a month (if that). My printing habits haven't really changed (if anything, I print less than used to), but ink costs have skyrocketed. This is a business model that needs serious disrupting, HP... and your "ink subscription program" isn't it.

Is it me or do these ink cartridges seem to have so much less ink than advertised? I don't do very much printing but am always surprised by how often I need to reorder ink. The ink cartridges are ridiculously expensive. HP has to be making a huge profit off their ink. Best Buy's prices for HP ink is about the same price as I can find through other sources such as Amazon so the overpricing is an HP issue.

Purchased this from you, since you had it listed as delivery next day and THAT did NOT happen. Took closer to a week.

Or is it liquid gold? They give printers away but we end up paying for it by these enormous prices for a bit of ink. They have us, and they know it. It works.

Seems like the printer just drinks it up. Almost better to send to a print shop or staples.

Very expensive ink. Does not yield the estimated number of pages for print. Not even close. No reason for this ink to be so expensive. Recommended but be advised of high cost to operate.

I don't really think there was much of a difference between the standard and so-called high yield cartridge, besides the price.

Ink is fine, cartridges don’t go very far. Printer, not so much. Had it less than 2 years and already needs to be replaced.

Cartrige is too expensive need to waite for alternate sources to drive the price down. The envy printer requires this new cartridge.

I had trouble alignment printer after changing the sample cartridge to full cartridge. Had to reset printer by unplugging. Hopefully it won't happen again.

seems like I am buying ink all the time. I do not feel that I have printed that much before the ink is out.

We have used this product numerous times with our printer but for some reason this time we are getting streaks across the paper with the black ink only
