    I am still scratching my head on why I am getting error messages indicating that this ink isn't from HP. I am also getting low ink messages despite the cartridge being new.

    always get them at best buy because they are never out of stock. most places will have the color but be out of black and white. best buy always has them in stock. and great customer service at the farmington utah location. thanks people roy
