Great product, awful service . The delivery service came out and refused to drop off the product because there wasn’t parking. They came out again and said that they couldn’t do it because of some other issue. It took four separate trips before they came and connected my washer and dryer. Awful delivery service

HP Ink cartridges are easily installed and very reliable at a good price.

I like using HP cartridges, they have good quality. They are easy to put in your printer, nothing else to do.

Have owned HP laser and ink jet printers for many years and have found the printers and inks to be reliable and interface well. Replaced my smaller capacity cartridge with this high yield cartridge. I do more printing than usual and this cartridge is much more cost effective. Plus, when you buy them from Best Buy you get the added benefit of award points.

The agent came to my home and corrected the way I was printing. He suggested I use color HP 62XL Cartridge along with the Black ink on my HP printer and showed how to set the settings on my laptop. He was patient with me as I wrote down the directions. I'm glad he came to my home.
